Classes:
Aqua
Pool based class using a combination of cardiovascular and resistance excercises to help get you fit and tone up. This class is low impact and is easier on the joints and suitable for all fitness levelsand ages .
BLT's
This is a conditioning and toning class for the bum , legs and tummy area. This 30 minute class will take place in the gym and will invlove body weight exercises such as squats , lunges ab crunches etc.
Abs blast
As the name suggests this class will focus solely on your abdiminable area . This is the area that most people are looking to do the most work on. This class will take place in the gym and will add plenty of variety to your current ab routine.
Cardio blitz
This gym based class is all about cardio training. We will set you on your way on a variety of challenging cardio workouts that will be sure to burn calories, improve your cardiovascular system and fitness levels. This calss be ensure you are doing the most effective form of cardio training and assist you in your training goals whatever they may be.
Gym circuit
A class designed to develop gym training within the gym. Classes will vary form week to week and will take place ing the gym. You will use a combination of the cardio machines , free weights , the multigym and your own body weight to get a full body workout.
30 minute Workout
This is a short intense workout that will provide aspects of all the above classes in order to get a quick and effective full body workout.
