Receptionist

The Job:
- Exceeds National Minimum Wage with the potential to earn more
- Front of House position meeting and greeting all guests in a professional manner
- Responsible for welcoming our check-ins and check-out guests using up to date booking systems
- Responsible for receiving and processing all bookings through to confirmation
- Answering the telephone, taking bookings and directing calls
- Experience in email and social media essential
- Opening and closing reception and cash handling
- Booking and upselling lodge breaks, spa days, treatments, products, food and spa breaks
- Work as part of a team
- The ability to assist with service and other areas as required
- Full-Time position average 36 hours per week over 3.5/4 days on a shift rota basis including some weekends providing a work life balance and great atmosphere
- Opportunity for successful candidate to achieve SVQ certificates
Required Personal Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good IT computer skills
- Excellent customer care skills
- Knowledge of reservations systems, emails and social media
- Friendly and Professional Manner
- Neat and Tidy Appearance
- Positive, can-do attitude
- At least 1 year experience in a similar/customer service role
